About Metamoric

The space. The work. The threshold.

The birthplace of Metamoric is not about any one person, rather it is the collective of a felt experience. It has become a space for those seeking internal stability. We find comfort when we don’t feel alone. We have all had the feeling of being at a threshold—cleaving to the familiar, even as the fearful longing of departure pulls at you.

Metamoric is a space for honest self‑contact — the kind that arrives when you slow down enough to hear what’s actually moving in you. It’s an invitation to notice the moment you’re in, the patterns you’re carrying, and the threshold you’re approaching.

This work doesn’t rush you past that tension. It meets you inside it. It gives you room to see yourself clearly, to name what’s shifting, and to choose your next step with intention rather than habit.

Metamoric is not about becoming someone else. It’s about returning to the parts of you that have been waiting to be recognized.

About Me

Who I am. How I work. What I bring.

I ask precise questions. I track what’s happening beneath the surface without forcing a direction. My approach is steady, relational, and rooted in the belief that change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself.

I am a Bioenergetic Coach Practitioner and author. I trained at the Great Lakes School of Integrative Medicine and Touro University Worldwide. My background spans forensic psychology, healing arts, complementary and alternative methods, counseling, domestic violence advocacy, and both group and one‑on‑one facilitation.

My work centers on presence, clarity, and grounded attention. I’m here to help you slow down enough to hear what’s true for you — not what you’ve been taught to perform or push through.

How We Connect

What it looks like to enter this work.

We begin with a conversation — simple, human, and unhurried. You share what’s bringing you here, what feels unclear, and what you’re hoping to understand or shift. Together, we explore what’s present and what’s possible.

If it feels like a fit, we move forward at a pace that supports you. If not, you leave with more clarity than you arrived with.

This work is collaborative. It’s grounded. It’s built on trust, honesty, and the willingness to meet oneself where you are.
